In the early 1980s, having made a major contribution to the popularity of kilims, this rural and tribal art form, Galerie TRIFF had the idea of using this flat-weaving technique to create its own collections.
In so doing, it helped to bring about a veritable kilim renaissance, and since then has constantly enriched and developed its catalog.
