The present terms and conditions apply to all our sales, exclude any other conditions and are considered as having been read, understood and agreed to whenever an order is placed. Our website is specialised in selling to individuals. Resale or distribution of kilims bought on is strictly forbidden.

Terms of order

The website offers the possibility of immediately ordering online a selection of items from Galerie Triff.

Price and Payment

Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of all taxes for Eurozone countries, and in euros excluding taxes for other countries, but do not comprise order processing and shipping charges.
Our prices can be modified at any time and without notice; however, they are billed at the rate indicated at the time when the order is placed and registered.
All orders are to be paid in euros; payment is made when the order is validated by bankcard (MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®) or Paypal.
All products remain our property until the order is fully paid.


The products we offer and their prices are valid as long they are visible on our website, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, notably in the case of simultaneous orders of a same product from different clients. In the eventuality that a product might be unavailable after you have placed your order, you will be informed as soon as possible by email or telephone. You can then either order another product on as a replacement, or cancel your order (cancellation shall be immediate and no debit will be made on your bank account).


Our products are shipped to the delivery address that you indicate when you place your order.
Delivery to France and Europe is handled by Colissimo or Chronopost; to other countries by UPS.
After the validation of your payment and the processing and transportation delays, dispatching takes place within 48 hours (not including week-ends and holidays).

You also have the possibility to come and collect your order directly at Galerie TRIFF, 13 boulevard Raspail, 75007 Paris – opening hours Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30 am to 7 p.m. In this case, after your payment has been validated you will receive an email indicating when the item will be available for pick up.

Shipping Fees:

They will be indicated when you place your order, and are calculated as is shown the table below:

Zone 3: North America, French Caribbean Islands.

Zone 4 : Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, Middle America and South America


Returns and Exchanges

Should the kilim you have bought not suit you, you can either exchange it or be refunded, on condition that it is returned to us within fifteen (15) days after the delivery date. In both cases, the item must be returned in its original state. It will not have been used and will not have suffered any damage.
- In the case of an exchange, if the replacement item is more expensive than the returned one, you will have to pay the difference, in conformity with the present general conditions of sale.
- In the case of a refund, it will be made within eight (8) days after reception of the returned item.
In both situations –exchange or refund– return costs will always be your responsibility (except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods), and we cannot be held liable if the returned goods are lost or sent to the wrong address, or if their delivery is delayed.

Delivery problems

Any delivery default or delay exceeding eight (8) business days must be reported to us as soon as possible. Any claim put forward beyond thirty (30) calendar days after the validation date of your order cannot and will not be taken into account.

You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery, and state –as much as possible on the delivery order– your signed, handwritten reservations, mentioning the possible anomalies you have noticed (open package, damaged product etc.).

The personal data you supply us with when you register will not be passed on to any third parties.
By registering and placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that we may record and use this information in order to better fulfil our mission at your service.

Applicable law – Litigation

The present General Terms and Conditions of sale are governed and interpreted according to French law. They are written in French and in English.

In case of litigation, only the French courts of the Ile-de-France region are competent.
